MICHELIN STARRED CHEF NIKLAS OBERHOFER
I am Niklas Oberhofer, a passionate chef and entrepreneur. My culinary journey after training as a chef began as Commis de Cuisine at the Hotel Bareiss Baiersbronn and then at the 2-star restaurant Geisels Werneckhof in Munich. I then worked as Chef de Partie at the Hotel Villino Lindau, which was awarded one star in the Guide MICHELIN.
