My name is Niklas Oberhofer and I am 27 years old. Born in Germany, I moved to beautiful Switzerland in 2020. I represent a modern cuisine based on French craftsmanship with Japanese influences. Quality and perfection are my main focus.
I love and live the craft. Gastronomy combines a balance that I have always sought and found.
