My name is Niklas Oberhofer, I am 26 years old and head chef of the star restaurant epoca by Tristan Brandt at the 5-star Superior Wellness Resort Waldhaus Flims in Switzerland.
Born in Germany, I was drawn to beautiful Switzerland in 2020 when top chef and patron Tristan Brandt got me excited about his new restaurant concept. We stand for modern French-based cuisine with Asian influences.
Our success with epoca was not long in coming. Thank you, Tristan!
